Antemortem differential diagnosis of dementia pathology using structural MRI: Differential-STAND

► We identified atrophy patterns unique to dementia subtypes using antemortem MRIs of path-confirmed cases. ► Antemortem differential diagnosis can provided using these dementia specific atrophy patterns. ► The algorithm performed well in comparison to autopsy gold standard and clinical diagnosis.
