► The amplitude of low-frequency oscillations (ALFF) is abnormality in heroin addicts. ► The abnormal ALFF located in the bilateral prefrontal cortex and parietal cortex in heroin addicts. ► The ALFF in bilateral parietal cortex is positive correlation with the dosage of methadone use.
