Behavior of lubricant fluid film in gears under dynamic conditions

► A coupled model for gear dynamics considering the effect of the lubricant has been developed. ► Lubrication conditions have been described by Transient EHL. ► The entering/exit of contacting teeth has been modeled, as well as sudden stiffness variation in gear meshing.
