Wear and rolling contact fatigue of PEEK and PEEK composites

► Contact pressure-life diagram was obtained for examined materials. ► Rollers suffered independently wear and rolling contact fatigue. ► A power relationship between wear rate and materials hardness was proposed. ► Transversal cracks and macro-spalling occurred respectively in PEEK and composites.
