Use of SPECT/CT for improved sentinel lymph node localization in endometrial cancer

► We compare lymphoscintigraphic information obtained by Planar images and SPECT/CT when performing sentinel lymph node technique in patients with endometrial cancer. ► We analyzed how the addition of SPECT/CT changed the assessment in terms of number and location. ► We report that SPECT/CT changed the assessment in 76% of the cases when compared to planar lymphoscintigraphy.
