Design of a two-stage fluidized bed reactor for preparation of diethyl oxalate from carbon monoxide

► We design a TS-FBR to produce DEO from CO coupling reaction. ► We apply the CFD approach to demonstrate the feasibility of TS-FBR. ► The whole process of DEO from CO using the TS-FBR is simulated. ► We realize the proper matching of coupling reaction and regeneration reaction. ► We present the realization of the whole preparation process.
