Comparison of control algorithms for the blood glucose concentration in a virtual patient with an artificial pancreas

► We carried out comparison of five popular control algorithms to develop the artificial pancreas. ► We used deterministic and stochastic models. ► This study is very comprehensive in terms of controlling blood glucose. ► Rise time of control algorithms is very short and glycemic value is suitable with clinical results.
