Development of an experimental system for greywater reuse

► We study a low cost and easy maintenance experimental system for greywater reuse. ► Raw greywater, collected on washing basins and showers, was treated and analyzed. ► The system provides high reduction of SS, COD and BOD. ► No total or fecal coliforms were detected in all treated greywater samples. ► The results were compared to limits presented on legal and reference documents.
