Post-transplant Hyperuricemıa as a Cardıovascular Risk Factor

Post-transplantation hyperuricemia is associated with hypertension, arterial stiffness, and dyslipidemia; it should be accepted not only as a marker for renal allograft dysfunction but also as a cardiovascular risk factor in renal transplant recipients.
