A retrospective study examining thrombolysis for occluded femoro-popliteal grafts - Is it worthwhile?

► We assessed catheter directed thrombolysis for acute graft occlusion. ► Tissue prothrombin activator was used for thrombolysis. ► 80% of grafts reopened immediately. ► Limb salvage rate was 72% at 12 months. ► 80% of unsuccessful cases required amputation.
