Photopatterning of self-assembled poly (ethylene) glycol monolayer for neuronal network fabrication

► Biomolecule patterning was realized by photolithgraphing chemical vapor deposited 2-[methoxy(polyethylenoxy)propyl] trichlorosilane. ► A patterned neuronal network was maintained for more than 3 weeks. ► Recorded neuronal networks activities showed high signal to noise ratio.
