Spinal mitochondrial-derived ROS contributes to remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia via modulating NMDA receptor in rats

These findings indicated that ROS-dependent activation of NMDA receptor in the spinal cord might be a potential mechanism underlying remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia.
