Reduced lateralization in early onset schizophrenia

► TBSS was used on DTI data of young patients with early onset schizophrenia. ► A reduced FA was found in the corpus callosum and optic radiation in patients. ► Patients show reduced asymmetry of FA in optic radiation and cerebellar peduncles. ► Reduced lateralization may play a crucial role in the development of schizophrenia.
