Vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism and its association with Parkinson's disease in Chinese Han population

► VDR gene FokI and BsmI polymorphisms were examined in a Han Chinese chort. ► The FokI/C polymorphism in VDR gene is a risk factor for PD and EOPD. ► No association was found between genotype or allele in BsmI polymorphism and PD.
