Mice lacking Wnt2b are viable and display a postnatal olfactory bulb phenotype

► Wnt2b KO mice were generated to investigate the biological role of Wnt2b. ► Wnt2b KO mice appeared to be normal, healthy and reproductive. ► Wnt2b KO mice did not exhibit abnormalities in most organs. ► Wnt2b KO mice exhibited a short olfactory bulb phenotype.
