Expression of spinal cord microRNAs in a rat model of chronic neuropathic pain

► We analyze microRNA expression in rat spinal cord. ► Expression in neuropathic rats is examined at 4 different time points versus Sham. ► Array analysis reveals moderate changes of microRNA expression. ► Changes vary between 0.78 and 0.87-fold and cannot be validated by qPCR.
