Localization of Broca's area using verb generation tasks in the MEG: Validation against fMRI

▶ Adolescent subjects completed sequential MEG and fMRI expressive language tasks. ▶ After thresholding, percentage of overlapping voxels in fMRI and MEG were computed. ▶ MEG showed high concordance for laterality with fMRI ▶ MEG showed high percentage voxel overlap with fMRI. ▶ Results showed task-related effects and threshold-related effects.
