Spontaneous BOLD event triggered averages for estimating functional connectivity at resting state

▶ Novel methods to determine brain functional connectivity at rest are highly desirable. ▶ We show that a non-linear function can be extracted from the spontaneous BOLD fluctuations. ▶ Two examples data sets are used to describe in detail the approach.
