Spore inactivation and DPA release in Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris under different stress conditions

2nd step was focused on the combination of pH, temperature and H2O2 through a factorial design; experiments were performed on both fresh and 4 month-old spores and pinpointed a different trend for DPA release as a function of spore age.
