Effect of the medium characteristics and the heating and cooling rates on the nonisothermal heat resistance of Bacillus sporothermodurans IC4 spores
چکیده انگلیسی
► Isothermal survival curves showed shoulders and were accurately described using Weibull and Geerared non-linear models. ► Heating and cooling nonisothermal experiments at 1 and 10 °C/min were performed in different heating media. ► Both models are suitable to predict the thermal resistance of B. sporothermodurans spores exposed to nonisothermal treatments.
