PrestoBlue® and AlamarBlue® are equally useful as agents to determine the viability of Acanthamoeba trophozoites

- AlamarBlue® and PrestoBlue® were compared.
- Three parameters were tested.
- Both reagents can be measure after 96 h of incubation.
- When absorbance is analyzed, we cannot use less than 104 cells/ml.
