Recognition of antigens of three different stages of the Trichinella spiralis by antibodies from pigs infected with T. spiralis

► Trichinella spiralis antigens were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. ► Immunoblot was used to identify proteins recognized by antibodies against T. spiralis. ► The specific 41 kDa antigen was recognized by all sera. ► Reactions to the specific 20 and 27 kDa, 59 and 105 kDa antigens were also observed.
