Calculating filter cake thickness

Cake filtration has attracted much attention in recent years. However, our knowledge of pressure distribution and porosity in the cake filter is compact. Here we see how by using experimental data, a corrective coefficient is provided to reduce the error which exists in the thickness of the filter calculated through filtration formula.
