Cross-linked sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK)/reactive organoclay nanocomposite proton exchange membranes (PEM)

► Organoclay with hydroxyl functional group used as a pseudo crosslinker. ► Oxidative stability of the membranes is better than the pristine SPEEK. ► Nanocomposite membrane showed improved thermal, mechanical properties.
