Low soil water content during growth contributes to preservation of green colour and bioactive compounds of cold-stored broccoli (Brassica oleraceae L.) florets

▶ Broccoli was cultivated under low and normal soil water content. ▶ Broccoli was stored at 1 °C and at 23 °C for seven days. ▶ Low soil water content with postharvest cold storage gave the best preservation of quality traits.
