Late-summer zooplankton community structure, abundance, and distribution in the Hudson Bay system (Canada) and their relationships with environmental conditions, 2003-2006

► We examined zooplankton community variation in the Hudson Bay system in 3 regions over 4 years. ► The mesozooplankton community was numerically dominated by copepods in the 3 regions. ► Mesozooplankton other than copepods include meroplankton and holoplankton. ► The zooplankton community's are influenced by the hydrodynamic conditions. ► The Hudson Bay region will face significant environmental challenges in the near future.
