On the universal function for the class Lp[0,1], p ∈ (0,1)

It is shown that for each number p∈(0,1) there exists a function g(x)∈L1[0,1] with monotonically decreasing Fourier-Walsh coefficients, which is universal for the class Lp[0,1] with respect to signs of those coefficients.
