Separation of minor coumarins from Peucedanum praeruptorum using HSCCC and preparative HPLC guided by HPLC/MS

▶ Two minor coumarins, including a new compound qianhucoumarin J, were isolated from Peucedanum praeruptorum by HSCCC and prep-HPLC. ▶ Two unknown compounds was monitored by HPLC/MS. ▶ Qianhucoumarin J was elucidated mainly by analysis of its 1D and 2D NMR spectral data.▶ The absolute configuration of qianhucoumarin J was determined by chemical degradation followed by chiral HPLC analysis.
