- Visible-light-responsive plasmonic Ag@AgCl composite immobilized on titanate nanowire films was prepared.
- The as-prepared films exhibit higher visible-light photocatalytic performance for the degradation of MO than P25.
- The samples also show enhanced photocatalytic activity for the degradation of RhB and phenol.
- Highly reactive species like Cl0 and O2â is responsible for the photoreactivity.
