Formation and inhibition of ethyl glucuronide and ethyl sulfate

Beside the known polymorphisms of the transferases involved in EtG and EtS formation, prediction of the inhibitory potential indicates that polyphenols may contribute to the variable formation rate of EtG and EtS.
