Kinetics of water disinfection using UV-C radiation

► The current work is concerns with modelling of UV-C disinfection process. ► Radiation field properties were modelled according to the incidence model. ► Kinetic model related quantum yield, absorbed energy and growth rate. ► 6 Log inactivation was achieved in all conditions. ► Model developed fits well the data (to 95%).
