Conversion of brown coal continuously supplied into the reactor as coal-water slurry in a supercritical water and water-oxygen mixture

- A two-stage conversion of brown coal in the SCW and SCW/O2 fluids was carried out.
- The autothermal conditions for the coal conversion were realized.
- An extra enrichment of the products by hydrogen was obtained during the reactions of water with coal.
- The yield and the composition of liquid and volatile conversion products were measured.
- An original configuration of the reactor for coal-water slurry conversion was proposed.
