This paper evaluates the resilient modulus of a cement-treated mixture of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) and crushed aggregates using indirect tensile, triaxial and flexural tests. The effects of cement content (CC), RAP content (RC), curing time (CT) and compaction effort (CE) on strength and stiffness are also evaluated. Strength and stiffness increased with CC, CT and CE and decreased with RC. Cement content showed the strongest effect on strength and stiffness. Triaxial and flexural moduli were quite similar and within reported back-calculated values, being preferred for the design of cement-treated recycled pavements, whereas indirect tensile test highly overestimates resilient modulus.
