Annealing effect on the microstructure and magnetic properties of 14%Cr-ODS ferritic steel

TEM images of microstructure for 14%Cr-ODS ferritic steel annealed for 2 h at different temperatures: (a) 600 °C, (b) 800 °C, (c) 950 °C, and (d) 1150 °C, and the evolution trends of coercivity field (HC) and Vickers microhardness for samples annealed at above temperatures for 2 h and 50 h.
