I-Hydrate training intervention for staff working in a care home setting: An observational study

Focused training on hydration in the care home environment benefits from being interactive and experiential. Although such training can be effective in increasing staff knowledge, inclusion of skills in reflective practice is required if this knowledge is to be translated into practice.
