Simulation for emergency nurses (SIREN): A quasi-experimental study

This study has demonstrated that a high fidelity simulation decreased participants' anxiety, increased self-efficiency in patient assessment, and improved documentation in patient records. Additionally ED nurses were highly satisfied with the simulation training.
