Exponential synchronization of inertial neural networks with mixed delays via quantized pinning control

In this paper, exponential synchronization of coupled inertial neural networks (CINNs) with bounded time-varying discrete delay and infinite-time distributed delay (mixed delays) is considered by designing quantized pinning controllers. By designing novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and using new weighted integral inequalities, delay-dependent criteria formulated by linear matrix inequality (LMI) are obtained. Different from existing ones, the designed Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals include negative terms, which lead to less conservative results. Numerical simulations verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.
