چکیده انگلیسی
The schematic illustration of the principal experiments is shown in Fig. 1. A simple engineering method was used to fabricate stability and wear-/corrosion-resistance of highly amphiphobic polymer based composite coating by spraying. The result indicates that the rough surfaces of nano/micro structure are good for formation of the amphiphobic coating, and the highest contact angle of the coating, with papillae-like randomly distributed double-scale structure, could reach 158 ± 2.2°. When 3 wt% PDMS was added, the highest contact angle for water and oil is 173 ± 2.1° and 142 ± 2.2°, respectively. Interestingly, we found that the coatings could still keep amphiphobic under high temperature condition. For the prepared amphiphobic composite coating, there is no observable change of the CAs (168 ± 2.0°) when the pH increased from 1 to 14. All the contact angles are in the range of 167.2-169.5° while the pure PPS coating fluctuating within the range of 95.2-96.5°, within experimental error, indicating that the composite coatings have an amphiphobic property not only for water or oil but also corrosive liquids with PH range from 1 to 14. And the wear-resistance of the PPS/FEP coating can reach more than 168 thousand cycles in our pin-on-disc tester and the water contact angle can still preserve 140°.
