Novel hydrophobic free-solvent UV-cured hybrid organic-inorganic methacrylic-based coatings for porous stones

- O-I hybrid UV-cured coating was applied on carbonate stone substrate.
- Two possible amounts of the product were selected and applied.
- The lowest amount shows a very slight color variation to naked eye.
- The highest amount evidences an extraordinary hydrophobicity and traspirability.
