Fabrication of ambient-curable superhydrophobic fluoropolysiloxane/TiO2 nanocomposite coatings with good mechanical properties and durability

► Superhydrophobic coatings were facilely prepared using “one pot method”. ► The coatings have high hardness up to H or 2H even cured at room-temperature. ► The coatings are durable in weathering tests and resistant to organic contaminants. ► The coatings are economic and promising for large-scale practical application.
