A simple and convenient method for the surface coating of TiO2 nanoparticles with bioactive chiral diacids containing different amino acids as the coupling agent

► Preparation of novel modified TiO2 NPs using bioactive DAs via ultrasonic technique. ► The interactions of modifiers on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticle were studied. ► FT-IR and TGA show that the modifier molecules grafted on the surface of TiO2. ► TEM demonstrate that the particles have no indication of aggregation.
