- Siderophore formed stable complexes with As.
- Siderophore released As adsorbed onto amorphous Fe-oxide through complex formation.
- The released As was transformed into easily plant-uptakable forms in soil.
- The uptaken As by plants seemed to be present as siderphore-As complexes in soil.
- Siderophore-As complex was absorbed to roots and further transported to shoots.
