The use of BMED for glyphosate recovery from glyphosate neutralization liquor in view of zero discharge

- A zero discharge process was proposed to recover acid, base and glyphosate.
- The recovery of glyphosate was over 96%, which is acceptable for industrial scale.
- η for producing NaOH with 2.0 mol L−1 is 67% and E is 2.97 kWh kg−1.
