Polymer-surfactant complexes for microencapsulation of vitamin E and its release

- Stabilized emulsion drops serve as charged precursors for capsules.
- Characterization of capsules was carried out by Cryo-SEM, DLS.
- Microcapsules showed a sustained release of vitamin E over more than 80 h.
