The mechanism of self-assembled mixed micelles in improving curcumin oral absorption: In vitro and in vivo

- Curcumin loaded self-assembled polymeric micelles (Cur-PMs) were developed.
- The oral absorption mechanism of Cur-PMs was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.
- The intestinal absorption and oral bioavailability of curcumin were remarkably improved by Cur-PMs.
