Gold nanoparticles conjugated dopamine as sensing platform for SERS detection

- The properties of dopamine and dopamine-quinone on Au NPs surface were studied.
- Dopamine exhibited the different Raman band on Au NPs surface at different pH values.
- Au NPs/dopamine platform could be used to determine GSH or O2− in a wide range.
- Au NPs/dopamine could respond to the changes concentration of ROS in living cells.
