Biomolecular recognition ability of RecA proteins for DNA on single-walled carbon nanotubes

- SsDNA-SWNTs were used as a dummy molecule of ssDNA.
- CMC-SWNTs were prepared as a control sample.
- RecA molecules did not bind to the CMC-SWNT hybrids unlike the case of ssDNA-SWNTs.
- RecA molecules recognize the ssDNA based on not for DNA diameters but for DNA structures.
