Impact of electrolytes on double emulsion systems (W/O/W) stabilized by an amphiphilic block copolymer

- The poly(l-lysine)40-b-poly(racemic-leucine)20 was synthesized and characterized.
- W/O/W double emulsions were stabilized by the copolymer and electrolyte.
- The O/W ratio and electrolyte had a marked effect on double emulsions.
- The electrostatic interaction could affect the HLB value and curvature.
