Silk porous scaffolds with nanofibrous microstructures and tunable properties

- Silk porous scaffolds with similar nano and micro structures of ECM were prepared.
- The secondary structures of the scaffolds were further regulated with annealing process.
- These scaffolds achieved tunable mechanical properties and degradation behaviors.
- Better cell compatibility was also achieved following nanofiber formation.
