Preparation and evaluation in vitro and in vivo of docetaxel loaded mixed micelles for oral administration

- DTX-loaded mixed micelles with excellent drug loading were successfully prepared.
- DTX-loaded MPP/TPGS/CSO-SA MPMs were of acceptable stability in SGF and SIF and showed sustained DTX release behavior.
- The DTX-loaded MPP/TPGS/CSO-SA could improve the oral bioavailability of DTX 2.52 times compared with DTX solution.
